Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure. Dealer/wholesale pricing and tax-exempt status require verification and may be revoked for misuse.
Products, pricing & availability
We aim for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors can occur; we may correct them and cancel affected orders. Parts are for repair use by qualified technicians. “Compatible with” references identify fitment only — see our Trademark Disclaimer.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline. Payment is due at checkout unless net terms are approved for your dealer account. Sales tax applies per your shipping address unless you are a verified tax-exempt reseller.
Shipping
Shipping timelines and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier; carrier claims are handled per that policy.
Returns & warranty
Returns, RMAs, and warranty are governed by our Returns & Store Credit policy, including our store-credit option and defective/DOA handling.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original product descriptions are owned by Midas Technical Solutions and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midas Technical Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Parts are installed at the technician’s discretion and risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
