Device Grading & Quality Standards

Every pre-owned and refurbished device we sell is inspected and graded to a clear standard, so you know exactly what you’re buying. Parts are also tiered by quality so you can match the right screen to the job and your margin.

Device grades

  • Grade A (Excellent): Fully tested and functional. Minimal to no visible wear. Battery health 85%+.
  • Grade B (Good): Fully functional. Light, normal signs of use (minor scuffs). Battery health 80%+.
  • Grade C (Fair): Fully functional. Visible cosmetic wear (scratches, minor marks). Ideal for budget builds.
  • New / Sealed: Brand-new, unopened stock where noted.

Screen / part quality tiers

  • Genuine / OEM: Original manufacturer part or pull. Best color and touch.
  • Hard OLED: Rigid OLED, near-original quality at a lower price.
  • Soft OLED: Flexible OLED, closest match to original flagship displays.
  • Incell / LCD: Value-tier LCD replacement — great for cost-sensitive repairs.
  • Aftermarket Premium: High-quality non-OEM, tested for color and touch accuracy.
