How to file a claim
- Log into your account → Orders → select the order, or email support@midastechnicalsolutions.com with your order number.
- Include a short description and a photo/video of the issue.
- Approved claims receive a replacement or refund. We may issue a prepaid return label for the defective part.
Returns (non-defective)
Unopened, unused parts in original packaging within 30 days; 15% restocking fee may apply. Refunds to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
